They are not even only social networks but truly social medias for brands now.

Long story short, they are a must-have in a strategy, unavoidable in most cases.

You know that you have to be present on social networks but you do not know which is the most adapted to your business? to your target? What are the questions to ask before starting? Where is your target? When to publish on social networks?

How do we measure the efficiency ? Can we really talk about ROI with multichannel marketing campaigns, knowing that the last clic is not 100% the reason of the conversion/purchase ?

Why thinking about Social Medias in your strategy ?

  • Win the audience/audiences >> brand presence, visibility and reputation

  • Satisfy members of the community >> learn and nurture

  • Guarantee a vitality of exchanges >> federate and learn, gain a relationship

  • Qualify and monetize the audience >> lead generation, customer knowledge

Using Social Medias in your business strategy is one of the best ways to get your name out there. It's a great way to market your services, products, and help boost your brand. Not only that, it gives you the chance to connect with fans, customers, and prospective customers on a more personal, human level.

What time of Social Media for What type of messages ?

Please note that on this one I might be a bit general and in the clichés. But the most important is that you understand the ways of thinking to apply it to your business.

The main ones :

  • Facebook : mainly B2C, we need to remember that B2B targets are human beings probably using Facebook.+advertising/sponsorised content

  • Twitter : mainly B2B +advertising/sponsorised content

  • LinkedIn : B2B +advertising/sponsorised content

  • Instagram : Mainly B2C but B2B should have a look at it. Example use photos of the teams or other contents to be more human/humanize.

  • Pinterest : B2C

  • Youtube : B2C and B2B (tutorials, testimonials, advertising)

N.B. : Please note that Twitter opened the number of character up to 280.
